Resort Policy
BOOKING POLICY:
- Please use your full name for reservation.
- We require 50% down payment to confirm booking.
- Proof of payment for 50% down payment must be emailed to Coco Cavana Resort, then after we will send booking confirmation.
- Walk in guest will pay cash, as we are not yet accepting any credit cards.
- Down payment is refundable if the notice of cancellation is 1 week before the reserved date.
- Down payment is non- refundable if the notice of cancellation is 3days before the reserved date and for no shows.
OPERATING POLICY
- Overnight check-in time 2pm, check-out 11:30am the following day
- Day tour check in 8am until 5pm only
- Beach is open 5am, until 6pm only.
